Talk to Dr. Hargraves about medication to ease your symptoms. Research has consistently shown that the best treatment for most conditions is a combination of medication AND talk therapy.
We take a unique approach to marriage counseling. Both people initially meet individually with a therapist. We have found that when each person takes responsibility for their part of the marital problems, the marriage can thrive. That growth is more likely to happen without the spouse present. When the couple is ready, a group meeting will take place with all four people.
